Rainy day

Apr 28

Today it’s raining pretty hard, the river outside of the hospital (where I work, EMHS) is overflowing, but the banks are high, so it’s not a problem… for now. Mom & Jack have left for their two month trip around the US. They are somewhere between VA and FL. Last Saturday night my Grandparents had a going away party for them and I brought my camera, I took a few decent pictures then my camera stopped working… So I need to send it back to the company that I bought it from, I was a little disappointed, but that stuff happens. My Co-worker had the same things happen to him as well, we both ordered it at the same time.

Sunday visits

Apr 17

Today was very warm for this time of year, 60’s and a nice warm breeze. I went to church then headed to my moms. We took a walk in the field and I took some photos with my new Konica Minolta Dimage Z3. I saw a Musk Rat in one of the frog ponds. Mom took bugsy out on a leash, she used go out on her own but kept getting worms and flees, so she is not allowed outside unless she is tied.

Mom and Jack are moving next Tuesday and I am not looking forward to it, I feel selfish, but I love my mom and am going to miss her. I know she’ll be happy in Virginia. Sometimes I feel like I don’t belong here, sometimes no where… I do not fit in in most places. Maybe Maine is not my place in life, I know God will reveal it to me in time. I do like VA from when I visited, it’s the “Bible Belt” which is where I would like to be, maybe I would fit in better there.

Lois & Clark; The Adventures of Superman season one is coming out in June, which is sort of exciting, I love the Superman mythos and that show was one of my favorites when I was younger. Jack bought a Sabre sword from the Cival war for me during the trip to VA, it is pretty cool. I have it hanging on the wall by my other sword and American flag.

Family visiting

Apr 10

Today was pretty warm out for this time of year. It must of been around 60°, but with the wind it felt around 50ish. I attended Church today, it was another good service. After I went to Sunday school, Kendal taught class today. We learned how to make our own Biblical testimony- I am working on mine now.

After, I went to my Dad’s to see how he was doing. He was putting siding on his newly built garage. We talked for awhile and then I went to visit my mom. Her and Jack purchased a laptop for their travels. They are traveling around the country for a couple of months in May. I set them up with my wireless A/B/G card, I taught my mom how to get into wireless networks (campgrounds offer it), but I had to show her how to do this by driving around town and getting into others networks since mine is at home.

I’m sitting here listening to music again, currently Todd Agnew, this Fragile Breath is playing. I have Monday off to take care of some banking business. I ordered a Konica Minolta Dimage Z3 digital camera, hopefully I’ll have it this week some time.
